either analyze a character from the text or write a literary analysis related to some part of the story.

  1. Using a literary lens is required.
  2. Find two (2) scholarly, peer reviewed, articles from EBSCOhost and use one quotation from each in your essay. (I’ll do your research for 20 points…. 🙂
  3. Same format as always-3 pages, 1″ margins, double spaced, 12pt. Times Roman
  4. No first or second person pronouns (no 1P or 2P). You may use he, she, his, her, hers, himself, herself, they, them, their, themselves (people, readers, students, lovers of literature, etc.), or write the sentence in such a way that does not require pronouns at all. (difficult but fun to try)
  5. Correct MLA style in text citations and Works Cited entries.
