In your reflection and personal development essay you are required to:-
1.Reflect on and discuss your learning, understanding and development on the module, and on this basis
2.Self-select one competence in which you recognise a need for significant personal development.
This assessment:-
1.builds on your professional development matrix assessment
2.Allows you to complete the learning cycle by:
-reflecting on your learning on the module
-draw conclusions from your learning
-and finally, think about how the insight gained can inform your future learning and development.

1. Introduction (@100 words)
2. Analysis of learning (@1000 words)
3. Competence development (@600 words)
4. Conclusions (@200 words)
5. References
6. 2000 words (plus or minus 10%)
the introduction should:

-your perceptions and feelings at the start of the module.
-perhaps a bit about yourself ? your learning journey and/or professional life to date (though keep description brief)
